HEALTHY BANANA BREAD
Today I made this healthy banana bread. I used around 5 bananas, three eggs, oatmeal, coconut sugar, almond milk and then some dark chocolate – these ingredients I simply just blended in my blender, put the dough in a form and then I let it bake in the oven for around 30-35 minutes (depends, use the fork-trick, guys). I did not have any precise measurements, I just played around with the ingredients until I reached the consistency I wanted. The outcome was delicious, and it was even tastier when I knew every single ingredient was healthy. Try it!! Trough the summer, I will try a lot of healthy recipes, and post them on the blog.
